Shakopee in need of Holiday Fest tree

'Twas less than a month before Holiday Fest,

what is the hold up for the tree that is best?

The tree-lighting ceremony is an annual tradition —

and the Chamber of Commerce and Downtown Shakopee need help with their mission;

Do you have a tree that is more than 20 feet tall?

Please do not hesitate — tell one, tell all!

Not only the height, but also the look —

the tree must be full on all sides, like it jumped out of a book.

Tell Siljendahl the height but not only that,

send photos of the tree for the chamber to look at.

If you donate the beautiful tree that you've nursed,

you'll be rewarded when it's all lit up Dec. 1.

Once you've seen that wonderful sight,

you'll be saying, "Happy holidays to all and to all a good night!"
