Prior Lake City Council approves final plat for Haven Ridge South development

Up to 32 more houses are coming to Prior Lake.

The Prior Lake City Council approved a final plat, a development agreement and a final planned unit development during a regular meeting on Monday. The preliminary plat and preliminary planned unit development were approved by the council in March.

The development, which will be known as Haven Ridge South, will consist of 32 villa-style homes north of County Road 42 and east of County Road 18. It will be south of the original Haven Ridge project, which has 133 homes.

The developers also proposed a homeowner's association to take care of aesthetic decisions as well as constructing a trail from a future neighborhood park along Wildflower Way to connect with a regional trail.
