If anyone deserves to have about 30 conventionally-attractive men compete for their affection, it's Prior Lake's Becca Kufrin.

Kufrin, who is a 2008 Prior Lake High School graduate, was named the lead for "The Bachelorette" on Tuesday during a live taping of "After The Final Rose," which aired after ABC's season finale of "The Bachelor."

Rejoice, Kufrans.

"I have so much love to give," Kufrin said. "I want to be the best damn bachelorette I can be. I want to find love ... find the man of my dreams, the one suited for me."

The leads for the shows are generally chosen from the cast of previous "The Bachelor" or "The Bachelorette" seasons and are usually fan favorites. The fact that Kufrin was chosen is not unusual.

However, the circumstances leading up to it are, as Kufrin was actually the winner of "The Bachelor," having been proposed to by bachelor Arie Luyendyk Jr. on the finale that aired Monday.

However, Luyendyk then ambushed Kufrin during a "happy couple" visit in Los Angeles and broke off the engagement to pursue runner-up Lauren Burnham — all on camera.

"I never got to the point where I could see a future with somebody so much," Kufrin said. "I saw it all with him. It's just been a lie, I guess."

Luyendyk reconciled with Burnham and told her that he was "1,000 percent" over Kufrin. Not only that, but Luyendyk then proposed to Burnham on Tuesday's "After The Final Rose," which Kufrin was in attendance for.

Like we said, if anyone deserves the devotion of 30 attractive men, it's her.

Kufrin even got to meet several of the bachelors who will compete for her affection in the upcoming months. One called Luyendyk a "wanker."

A bachelor named Chase Vergason said that he can't wait to go on this journey and adventure with Kufrin.

"I think everyone agrees with me here that you deserve better than that," Vergason said.

A bachelor named Ryan Peterson played the banjo and sang Kufrin a song. Blake Horstmann brought out a horse named Bradley, which he helped her get on (getting back on the horse? Get it?)

"I wanted to formally apologize on behalf of my gender," bachelor Darius Feaster said. "That's the past, this is the future. I'm here for you."

Everything is coming up Kufrin.
